APPLICATION SECURITY ANALYST - HYBRID

Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for an Application Security Analyst to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry.

This position is based in either Belton, TX, Columbia, SC, Knoxville, TN, Lafayette, LA or anywhere in the US where CGI has an office in the Central/Eastern Time Zones.

The Cyber Security Application Analyst will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the static code analysis for vulnerabilities and threat detection on applications hosted on AWS environments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
8 -10 years of total IT experience with the following must-haves 6 years of Experience in the cyber security field.
Required 4 years of experience in SAST- Application security - Static code Analysis and DAST -Pen test/Dynamic Application Security.
Third-party open source vulnerabilities - Software composition analysis/SCA.
Experienced with container scanning.
Experience in Cloud Security.
Experienced in API security.
Works well with the application team.
