Key Responsibilities.
Strong work experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 - 6 years Conduct the Scrum ceremonies like daily standup, Sprint Review, Sprint planning and Sprint retrospective.
Support the team in removing the impediments.
Collaborate with Product owners for effective prioritisation of the backlogs.
Ensure demo is conducted with all the stakeholders at the end of each sprint.
Produce and publish weekly progress reports highlighting the key accomplishments, risks and issues related to the program.
Tech-depth - ability to facilitate meetings between technical teams to arrive at solutions for technical problems.
Should have experience in executing story point estimation, backlog refinement, and Capacity planning.
Experience in tracking and reporting various Agile metrics (not limited to Velocity and burn-down) to stakeholders.
Also, Problem-solving, and conflict-resolution ability Ability to work closely with the Product owner on backlog management and handling impediments.
Coaching development team and product owners to create the right Agile mindset.
Experience in looking over the health of multiple Agile/Scrum teams within a program.
Hands-on experience of scrum maturity assessment with an action plan for continuous improvement.
Primary skills.
Overall, 10 years of experience in IT Should have min 4 -5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master Experience of JIRA + Confluence/ Azure DevOps / Rally Experience in technologies like Salesforce.
Experience in stakeholder management and release management activities.
Good Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD.
