Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Keeping the office environment organized, ordering supplies, and overseeing the general administrative needs of the office.
Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Travel Coordination.
Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for employees or executives.
Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and taking minutes when necessary.
Customer Service.
Providing a high level of customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Conducting research on various topics, as required.
Managing and tracking expenses, submitting reports, and ensuring budget compliance.
Requisitos para este Emprego Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
roficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications.
roficiency in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
