ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WITH GERMAN - LISBON

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00First 3 months fully on-site, later hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days of work from homeWork Location: LisbonAbout the project:You will support German-speaking clients of a medical technology company, with a focus in orthopedics. The company was founded in 1995. It is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and is listed on the NYSE. The company has over 5,000 employees operating at 12 sites around the world..What you will be doing:Prepare and process weekly payment runs.Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with vendors.Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.Establish and maintain positive relationships with key vendors.Review and process employee expense reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and reconcile expenses against receipts.Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.Generate reports on a regular basis to track payment status and identify trends.Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes.Requirements:Communicative German (must be B2)Communicative level of English language (B2)At least 2 years of previous experience is required in accounts receivable or financeWhat we offer:Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months)working hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00Monthly Base Salary of 1,779.00Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per yearMonthly Variable Bonus of 208.00 (depending on performance)Health Insurance, 24/7 Doctor App, Prescription, Dental and Vision coverage, 25 days of vacation and the state mandated 13 Public HolidaysYou are giving your GDPR consent for your CV details to be shared directly with our client for the purpose of recruitment.
