Provide technical support to Xerox devices and manage network implemented Xerox devices in various companies worldwide. This support is Tier 2 level and is done using XSM ticketing software and remote connections to customer’s network. Depending on customer network configuration, we as support engineers must ensure that all the printing devices installed and connected to various servers, are working according to customer specifications and needs.

Give support to English and French Hotels customers regarding issues as WIFI connectivity and IPTV connection. This was done remotely using MS Windows as OS but since the IT Network infrastructure for each Hotel depended on a variety of Routers and Switches we had to have some degree of knowledge of Linux and routing and switching of providers as HP, Brocade, Huawei, Alcatel, Cisco, H3C. Regarding IPTV usually we have to manage Anevia, DMM and SHS streamers for example.

Rehoming of TeliaSonera Finland 2G Sites from PAoE BSC’s to PAoIP

Position held for A1 Austria Project. SWAP/Upgrade of the entire A1 GSM/UMTS/LTE network.
As a Technical/Team leader involved in the project since the Trial I had to ensure:
- Preparation of next day Sites Ops. And follow-up in real time of planned activities (With regular meeting with Local team).
- Verification of QoS of finished activities.
- Resources allocation as well as training and mentoring of new resources.
- Creation / Verification of Technical Documentation.
- Single Point of contact between Project Manager, NI team members, L2 troubleshooting team and Austria Local team leaders
- Real-time troubleshooting with Field Engineers regarding planned activities. KPI monitoring.
The Operations held in this project affected GSM, UMTS and LTE sites. The scope of Operations was from New Site Integrations to Site Modernization/Hardware SWAP, Site Rehosting, Sites Merging and Site Splitting.

SFR France. E2E project. Radio alignment of SFR France entire mobile network (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
Real time troubleshooting of sites with active alarms after radio implementation.
Point of contact between the operational team in Portugal and the Technical/Management leaders in Paris/Lyon.

2nd line Support for SFR France project (2G / 3G / 4G) for ongoing and planned activities by the local team.
