Team leader

Writing and proofreding of web articles and contents.

In this year I’ve started and developed a catering project and at the same time I’ve perfected and learned new skills, as: improvement of graphic design skills through e-learning and freelance collaborations, event organization, business planning, freelance copywriting  and proofreading.

I was responsible for a team of up to twenty "Customer Care Representatives". The range of task included:
- managing training and supporting the development of the team members; 
- producing regular activity reports for the managers; 
- training and supervising of new team leaders; 
- costumer care service and constant manteinance of the customer database; 
- processing incoming telephone calls and e-mail in both Italian and English; 
- co-ordinating and scheduling appointments; 
- carrying out internet research and investigations. 

As a PA of the director of a company operating in the renewable energy field, the main duties included: 
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence; 
- managing databases and filing systems; 
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems; 
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Helping in the recruitment and selection of new candidates.

Redaction of articles about the local news, conferences and press conferences participation,  interview conduction.
