- Worked as part of a multidisciplinary lab studying the mechanisms by which mutations in COL4A1/A2 cause the disease ‘Gould Syndrome’.
- Work in vitro with primary mouse derived cultures/established cell lines and in vivo with multiple transgenic mice lines.
- Have had exposure to vast techniques such as genotyping, western blots, immunolabelling, cell culture, MEF harvesting, CRIPSR-Cas9 transfection and more.

My Master's focuses on applying state of the art AI techniques to problems in biology, particularly in the field of Drug Discovery. 

Completed my undergraduate studies in Neuroscience in UCD's school of molecular biology and medicine. Trained as a researcher completing my thesis investigating the application of Cannabidiol as a epileptic therapeutic.
