In addition to composing the administrative direction, he works as a researcher, working with the adaptive study of
commercial lines of edible mushrooms against various lignocellulosic substrates and isolation of proteins of industrial
interest produced by filamentous fungi and yeasts. He also works on the selection of projects that involve the
development of new probiotic foods and biotechnological innovation.
