Create, maintain and enter information in customer order databases.
•     Preparing print ready files and cutter guides for output according to the comple-
xity of the work in narrow band and broad band.
•    Low and high complexity design resolution to be able to be printed in flexogra-
phy, taking care of the type of client, printer and material.
• Vectorize and rasterize images for printing, using the correct labels separations.
•      Setting up files for print on RIP Platforms; in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Esko ArtPro, 
as appropriate.
•    Quality control of standardized pdf. Control of angles, trapping, spelling, colors, 
reinforcements, etc., to guarantee a good impression.
• Bend and Elongation application in Esko Atomation Engine.
•   Polymer copying (under supervision) McDermid from CDI, insolation, washing, 
oven and finishing.
• Creation of automarks to be applied in Pilot for each client
•    Support clients to start with flexography and machine approvals in the printing 
company representing them. In charge of this task due to the experience of 10 previous years in a polyethylene extrusion factory, flexographic printing on polyethylene and polypropylene; and manufacture of flexible packaging for ex- port (carry bag, flow pack, laminates, etc. 
Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have.
Other duties as requested.

• Create, maintain, and introduce information on clients orders.
•     Member of the team responsible for implementing ISO quality standards. Parti- 
cipation in the design and programming of the new order and control system according to ISO 9001: 2015 Standards.
• Creation of an induction manual to flexography and procedures to be carried out 
and respected in design / pre-press, depending on the work to be done: a sleeve label, wrap around, carry bag, laminates, containers, etc.
• Particular design for clients with prepress completion included to be able to print 
in flexography. In addition, responsible for generating the packaging of all the products taking into account the subsequent processes that will go through in the plant. Making, stamping, punching, bending, winding, etc.
•     Only authorized to receive, design and manage all the products of foreign clients 
due to a good level of understanding of English in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
•      Photopolymer budget. And the ability to propose modifications in the arts to save 
the final product to the customer and the printing company.
•    Normalized pdf control sent by the polymer supplier and modifications to avoid 
errors and machine costs.
•    Communicates printer specifications and requirements to customers and ensure 
         that incoming art is received in the appropriate manner.
•      Control of the quality of the photopolymers upon arrival at the plant (floor and re-
lief control, control of registration or loss of point on the plate before placing it on the machine, control of texts and images on plates comparing normalized pdf ).
•   Approval or rejection of each product printed in the plant, being the only one 
authorized to do so and having complete confidence of the client for it.
•  Responsible (still at a distance today) for all the most complex designs of the 
clients with the highest production.
•  Training of new design and quality personnel.
