Since 2015, I am PMO of the Corporate Finance South West Europe Hub, in the Projects and Processes team. Main Roles and Responsibilities: - Part of the Management Team giving effective support in decision making with relevant and accurate information - Being the single source of the truth as the central point for lessons learned, templates and best practice. - Responsible for managing the documentation, project history and organizational knowledge making sure everything is stored and available. - The PMO is the guardian of project management processes; in this regard for the quarterly publishing of the Financial Processes Handbook - Responsible to create, develop, maintain and optimize an effective Management System to store the portfolio to be analyzed, monitor and track projects (Pipeline / SSP environment, Project information and SharePoint or similar).
