Italian-speaking costumer advisor

As a medical customer service advisor in this project, my daily responsibilities include:

-Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries regarding Freestyle Libre and other glucose meter devices

-Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication

-Provide information regarding purchasing procedures, orders' tracking, and deliveries

-Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

-Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets

-Create amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of

-Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback

I pursued a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Bologna, which I completed in December 2020. During the University, I also obtained a C1 certificate of English.
One of my major goals for my academical formation was to have an experience abroad in a European Research Centre, to strengthen my knowledge and challenge myself in an engaging work environment. Hence, after I obtained an international mobility grant within the Erasmus+ Programme, I carried out a 10-month research period for my MSc’s thesis, in the Instituto de Medicina Molecular- IMM in Lisbon, in Sérgio Dias’s Lab.
This experience not just increased my interest in cancer biology and my technical skills, but also boosted my confidence both at work, and in the relationship with my lab partners, with whom I had an exceptionally good connection. In addition, it gave me the opportunity to improve my English proficiency (official language at IMM) and to learn Portuguese, by both attending a Portuguese course and volunteering in one of the animal shelters of Lisbon, União Zoófila.
