Reporting directly to the General Manager and group CIO, I was responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure management, and Project Management, leading business projects needing IT support. Main responsibilities:

• Control of annual IT Budget and Project Portfolio;
• Management and development of the IT Infrastructure, ERP, SQL
databases and EDI;
• Windows Administration, Networking, Virtualization, Active Directory,
Desktop and Server hardware, Support products;
• Managing multifunctional, multi-cultural and multi-country project
teams;
• Managing Security Policies including the lead Project Management of
an Internal Control System project based on the Sarbanes-Oxley act;
• IT Procurement and negotiation;
• Writing documentation for ICT procedures, business processes and
security;
• Management of a Business Process Reengineering project;

Under a Fulbright exchange program, I worked for Cisco Systems in California where my main responsibilities as a Network Engineer were:
