SONAE - Portuguese multinational company with a strategic IT transformation program aiming to implement an MDM system (Master Data Management). 
This was a major transformation program with the implementation of 5 Hubs (Supplier, Location, Product, Customer B2B and OCM - organizational change management) along with interfaces for upstream systems, in order to implement the 'Single Source Truth 'master data of the organization (including almost all 23 lines of business), with a 2.5 years timeline. 
The implementation team involved various internal areas of expertise of TCS (Oracle, SAP, SOA, BPM, EDW, ...) and about 10 international partners, in order to complete the necessary knowledge required by customer Information Systems architecture. 
This was a pioneering project requesting the establishment of a large team (around 30 onsite consultants and over 50 offshore, beyond the capabilities of other specific partners). 
The breadth, complexity and criticality of the project forced the implementation of a management structure and methodology that allowed planning and strict control of the various streams of work, as well as ensuring the quality, negotiation with suppliers, risk management, financial control, team management, and assess client organizational impact ... 
Interaction with customer conducted, above all, through IT Manager and MDM Project manager. 
Program management weekly meetings and monthly progress report steering committee. 

3 months as responsible for the preparation and planning of a project at Pfizer London, of a worldwide IT distribution platform for technical information on pharmaceutical products.

1st phase of the project, analysis, and requirements modeling (new information system) using CASE platform (Cool Sterling).

Invited to lead the project to develop a platform for supporting the activity of an investment fund business in Luxembourg. 
This platform, a multi module parameterizable system, supports the daily management of different type of funds, (whether in debt, financing, shares and bonds, venture capital, etc). 
The technical architecture was designed allowing integration with information systems, either the vertical investments of each fund, or from business partners (Regulator, General Partner, Audit company, Administrative partner, ...). 
Besides de project control, it was necessary to adopt and adapt processes, methodologies that would allow the control of the entire life cycle of the projects and solutions implemented. 
Up to the moment we have implemented 3 projects (additional projects are in different stages of being negotiated). 
The technical and functional team is formed by different profiles (technical consultants, functional consultants, project managers) formed by a n unfixed number of elements, 25 being permanent.
