Utilizing advanced workflow, CRM, and ERP tools, provided by Microsoft, I meticulously documented customer requests, facilitating streamlined handling and resolution of issues. This meticulous approach not only enhanced customer satisfaction but also bolstered internal efficiency.

Negotiation processes with clients, leveraging my interpersonal skills and financial acumen to foster mutually beneficial agreements. These negotiations were crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and optimizing financial outcomes for both parties.

Active participation in training programs focused on finance and sales. These sessions equipped me with invaluable insights and skills, enhancing my proficiency in both domains and enabling me to contribute effectively to the organization's objectives.

FILMEETING is an association founded by a group of friends who share the passion for cinema and a desire to promote this art form in our territory. How? Through the organisation of live and online events and through our web channels, where we publish weekly in-depth analysis and articles edited by our editorial staff.

I am one of the three founding members and served as vice president and treasurer of the association until last April 2024. My role ranges widely, from organizing physical events, negotiating with sponsors and clients, to drafting and overseeing financial and economic reports.
