Direction of positioning and commercial strategies for BU Bergamo to enhance the brand share of mind through quality and scientific attributes; Align these with all stakeholders Sales Force, Value & Access and Medical Advisor. 
Set strategic and business plans (intensify marketing capabilities through definition of accounts segmentation, channels differentiation and stakeholders (adoption ladder methodology), using database and technologies available – i.e. IQVIA database. Define priorities, revise P&L and manage budgets and KPIs to employees’ leaders
