It’s an amazing job what I do.
It’s a global multitask job. With no clear start or real end. Has no clear barrier. You never know where it starts and where it ends.
The main task is creating a fashion concept and developing the collection according with the brand identity. 
So I must gather data,analyze competition,and capture customer requirements and market needs.
Fashion is based on capturing moments,analyzing people behavior and to identify gaps in offerings and determining which products to bring to market
Is to create products that people think they must have. That they really need.
After this creation level I must interface it with management,engineering,information technology and finance to develop probability studies,return on investment analyses and delivery timelines.
This is implementing a global development strategy that must be related with accountable settings for annual performance goals and general evaluations from product, procedures and staff.
So it’s needed to develop and implement best practices for product designs and final product performance.
This is a nonplace work. Travelling between factories and office it’s a routine.
This job requires the full ability to multitask, huge organizational skills, and strong attention to all detail, because all details are important in the result. The final product is the balance between imagination,ideas,effort, and above all, details. Details that make the difference to achive a better product.
Being able to communicate in several languages and platforms is essential do this job.
Major Job Tasks
•	Create products according with brand identity.
•	Ensure products are produced according to design,quality,and price specifications.
•	Supervise product development process,coordinating objectives and schedules.
•	Review new product ideas and determine feasibility.
•	Conduct market research to determine consumer needs and identify competitors.
•	Conduct market research to find new materials,new fabrics,new trends.
