•	Managing the information and configuration management support service for the Human and Robotics Exploration directorate at ESA.
•	Gathering, processing, analysing and visualising user data for project management and continual service improvement purposes.
•	Contributing to and ensuring compliance with the directorates data quality management, general and personal data protection and information security protocols.
•	Acting as the primary point of contact between the directorate and the key software support service, conducting user needs assessments for the evolution of the product backlog, and defining the change management processes for collaboration with this service.

•	Perform forensic assessments to assist the Department of Justice in determining the criminal capacity and fitness to stand trial of accused individuals.

•	Research assistant to H.O.D of Psychology (Prof. Zelda Knight.)
•	Lecture and grade the third-year psychotherapy and second year statistics course.
•	Assist with research by gathering and analysing data, reading, summarizing and referencing books and journal articles.

•	Administer the Psychology departments courses on the University of Johannesburgs version of the Blackboard Learning System - Edulink (an HTML based online environment.)
•	Provide first and second line support to students and lecturers for general IT queries and Edulink.
•	Provide front end development for the Edulink.

•	Teach first and second year psychology and statistics courses to undergraduate students.
•	Head tutor in 2010 - Coordinate tutorial material and lead the tutor team.
•	Substitute lecturer for several psychology and statistics courses.

Research focus in cognitive neuroscience, with dissertation titled: 'A comparison of frontal lobe cortical arousal between ADHD and Anxiety Disorders.'
