Responsible for different tasks:
- Monitoring - Monitoring of different environments and applications. 
•	Analyze, report or/and solve errors in some applications;
•	Weekly meetings with the client, where we discuss about the most frequent errors we are having, in different applications, and discuss ways to solve those problems.

- Project - Planning and development of business requirements in the scope of projects;
•	Daily meetings with the client in order to discuss the evolution of the project;
•	Planning (technical requirement), development and testing (unit tests and integration).

SAP-PI, SoapUI, Polarion, Confluence, ServiceNow, JIRA.
