- Responsible for the correct management of the 3 delegations that are part of the UCABMUN Project (Delegation LA Vega, Delegation Antímano and Delegation San Agustín).
- Supervising the correct development of the activities carried out by the 3 delegations.
- Supervising the performance of the coordinators of each delegation, as well as of their facilitators and assistants.
- Assertive communication with allies of the foundation and the project.
- Tracking the Project path.
- Tracking team to comply with deadlines.

- Responsible for the delivery of candidates to the vacancies offered by our customers.
- Management of +100 candidates per week.
- Analyzing as well as filter CVs in English, according to the client's requirements
- Management of the LinkedIn as a recruiter platform, as well as the internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work along with the Account Management Department, in order to deliver accurate information at the right time to our clients. 

In charge of the research and recruitment of potential candidates that fits with the requirements of our international clients in order to satisfy their HHRR needs. Some of my specified duties are: 
- Comply with the specific submissions number and their delivery in time.
- Work in team with other recruiters.
- Interview the candidates to see their qualifications.
- Adjust their professional information to the client's template.
- Analysis of the information found in CV's.
- Management of the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Responsible for assisting the International Cooperation Department team in the analysis and monitoring of the BCV's participation in international financial and monetary organizations related to the maintenance of cooperation between central banks at a regional and global level.

The purpose of these analyses was to study the strategic implications of the BCV's participation in decision-making bodies of international financial and monetary organizations. Among the activities carried out were the conducting of research reports on topics of interest in the field of international cooperation (international financial stability, governance of international financial institutions, implications of Brexit, Mercosur and others).
