Achievements

•	Orchestrated, executed, performed troubleshooting, and optimized Cisco switches, Mikrotik router LAN, WAN, HUAWEI GPON OLT, TARA EPON OLT and Wi-Fi Networks.
•	Performed Leased Line Commissioning & Troubleshooting for all service providers In Karnataka.
•	Successfully installed, integrated and configured GPON, FTTH networks, DHCP, UNIX, PPPoE, AAA.
•	Conducted RFC tests such as Throughput, Latency, Frame loss to check internet, DWDM, CWDM.
•	Configured network equipment under the direction of senior staff members.
•	Maintained and troubleshoot grandstream IPBX and HIK vision equipments.
•	Provided technical support for all GPON services on site and remotely.

•	Installed and configured a range of network and wireless equipment with a focus on Passive Optical LAN, WiFi, and distributed antenna systems.
•	Performed troubleshooting of Leased Line and ISDN.

•	Successfully collected and distributed CDMA handsets and dongle for the service throughout northern Kerala.
•	Handled the service items to be returned within SLA.
•	Provided training to the new members in team to increase the productivity.
•	Maintained a record of tracking the tele products.
