HRIS group project officer will provide support to all our local HR and stakeholders across business, she/he will pro-actively deliver key HRIS projects and will work closely with the Integration and Operation team.

As HRIS group project officer, some of your key accountabilities will be to.
HRIS management * Administration of the HRIS tools at the group level * Data control management, especially between the main HRIS system Workday and other surround products by monitoring the changes and follow up of some KPI.
* Leading of the interfaces management with the different parties * Testing of the different evolutions * Support local team in Porto or in Oslo to manage the different systems via training, update of data, relationship with providers for local specificities Projects and process improvements * lead and/or support Group HRIS project like integration of new entities, evolutions of the tools to support the HR community * Coordinate communication and information of on-going HRIS projects to the HR team across the world Requerimientos del candidato/a.
