Key Responsibilities.
- Coordinate with team members ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage backend operations which involves communication and coordination with home chefs for timely food orders.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution • Maintain constant communication with Home Chefs, Customers and Delivery boys to ensure proper operations • Maintain accurate records and document everything, including orders, customer database, and discussions.
• Oversee materials and inventory management Ideal skills and experience.
