MAIN TASKS.
Develop recruitment and selection processes to attract talent; Experience in participating in recruitment processes; Experience in drawing up and publicizing advertisements; Experience in researching candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, supporting the conduct of selection interviews, preparing reports and providing feedback to candidates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE.
Degree in Human Resources; Fluency in English (oral and written); Communication and organizational skills; Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork; Organizational skills.
