- services orders acknowledgment, validation, acceptance, creation and follow-up and services invoicing - creating and sending invoices and statements to customers - checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill - fixing billing errors by issuing credit notes - handling customers' ordering and billing queries - keeping database(s) up to date (customer service catalog) - assisting training contract managers on its daily activities (creation, follow-up and closure of free of charge orders) - contributing financial targets by securing revenues.
