I'm seeking individuals who can fill dual roles - as Sales Promoters and Support Staff - at a local sports event in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sales Promoter Role.

- Setting up promotional booths - Assisting customers - Distributing marketing materials - Taking registrations Date.

AM to PM EDT Responsibilities.
- Coordinate with our team in India to understand event objectives and promotional strategies.
- Receive and set up a promotional canopy, signage, and other marketing materials at the event venue.
- Manage the distribution of flyers and other promotional items to event attendees.
- Engage with attendees, explaining our programs and the benefits of enrolling their children.
- Facilitate on-site registrations and direct interactions via a virtual booth setup.
- Ensure all promotional materials are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to event attendees.
- Provide a post-event report on attendee engagement, feedback, and registration metrics.
Ideal candidates should possess.
- Energetic and outgoing personalities - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in sales, customer service or event support would be advantageous.
Please note that the event occurs in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The role will involve direct interaction with customers and attendees.
