s a Sales Analyst you will contribute to optimize costs within the Electrical Distribution System plants based on EMEA region while ensuring a standardization of sales operations processes across OEMs and increasing synergies across customers.
alculate the pricing levels on a continuous basis on the account according to price formulas defined by the Sales Account Manager.
upport the Sales Account Manager in tracking profitability and revenue growth in the product line.
anage with quotations and tracking data for new/running business.
onitor key sales and business performance indicators and trends to support on driving strategic and tactical business decisions.
dentify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
oordinate and follow up with different department to ensure customer satisfaction.
ssure data consistency between Forecast and SPS / BBP (price, metal, hours)Support Program Quote.
understand cost and calculate price according model.
upport the Sales Account Manager with quotations for new business and change managementSupport the Sales Account Manager with various day-to-day activities ( purshase orders, invoicing etc..)Identify opportunities for improvement in sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency (automation).
our Background.
achelor/ Master or engineering degree in industrial engineering or in Business Management or equivalent \xa0with proven internships experience in sales or 1-3 \xa0years\u experience in business / data analysis.
trong capabilities in Excel with a Basic knowledge in Finance.
nowledge in Power BI/ VBA or equivalent.
nalytical thinking and strong passion in achieving results.
bility to prioritize tasks and sense of urgency.
ood communication skills and customer satisfaction focus.
