We are looking for a QE Lead (DWP) for an opportunity to join a global leader in technology services and business solutions, it offers a wide range of consulting services, system integration, software development, and IT infrastructure management.

What will you do? • Experience of infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, SharePoint Upgrades, etc.) • Experience of SaaS solutions, understanding the challenges that come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosystem • Full lifecycle QE (Quality Engineering) management experience • Managing offshore personnel • Experienced in stakeholder management • Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.) What are we looking for? • Demonstrated experience in testing infrastructure and shared service elements such as AD Migrations and SharePoint Upgrades • Proficiency in testing SaaS solutions, along with an understanding of the unique challenges associated with them • Extensive experience in managing Quality Engineering throughout the entire lifecycle of projects • Ability to effectively manage offshore personnel • Proven expertise in stakeholder management • Flexibility with different software development lifecycle methodologies, including waterfall and agile • Exceptional communication skills • Strong leadership qualities, capable of leading both upwards and downwards • Effective at communicating with stakeholders to promote the importance of Quality Engineering within projects What can you expect from us? • A permanent job contract for a long term project • Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone • Health and Life Insurance • Social events and team buildings • The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly • A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you • Training in the latest technologies • Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office
