Careers - Iptor   YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS  TO OUR JOURNEY Own and manage the overall architecture of our ERP software solutions and associated systems.
Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.
Collaborate with the product development, sales, and operations teams to understand client needs and ensure that our solution meets their requirements.
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and provide guidance on their use in our solutions, with a focus on Cloud and AI.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our solution and build relationships with potential clients.
Drive the company's Cloud and AI strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technology architecture or a related field.
Strong technical skills and understanding of technology trends, architecture principles, and design patterns.
Experience in leading and managing architecture teams.
Experience in cloud-native architecture and interested in learning AI technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
