JUNIOR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Cleverti has recently joined 99x Group, and we are gearing up to escalate our Nearshore operations in a big way! To help in the pursuit of this quest, we are on the lookout for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team and quickly become a pivotal member of our business development efforts.
This person will be joining our sales and business development team, with the crucial mission of expanding our operations in the UK.
The responsibilities in this position will progressively increase – but quite quickly.
• Initially, you will be responsible for “opening doors” by scheduling meetings with prospects (you will also attend these meetings with the colleague responsible for closing the sale).
• As you get a bit more familiar with our services and processes, you will transition into a full-cycle business developer, taking care of the sale itself and managing the resulting relationship with the client.
• As our operations grow, you will also have the chance to be responsible for a sales team of your own, closing deals arranged by other Sales Development Representatives.
We will not raise barriers to the channels and approaches you consider suitable to perform these responsibilities.
Whether it is attending onsite events, online events, using LinkedIn, e-mail, or cold calling – you can count on us to provide you with the resources and solutions necessary.
Ideally, our future colleague has.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development – IT market experience would be perfect! • Knowledge and management of CRM solutions – we work with HubSpot.
• A very high level of English proficiency.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactivity and persistence, and work capacity.
We work in a hybrid model, so this person should also be able to join us at the office two times a week – we are based in Miraflores, Algés.
