Experience.
Proven track record of leadership in product management roles, preferably within the financial technology industry, with extensive experience working in Agile environments.
A portfolio that speaks to your success in creating visually appealing and highly functional digital products, with a particular focus on fintech solutions that have significantly enhanced customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.
Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer business models and the unique challenges and opportunities they present within an Agile framework.
Strong background in product design, with a focus on incorporating Agile principles to rapidly iterate and deliver customer value.

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in tech product management and development, with leadership experience.
Success in launching and scaling consumer-facing products, emphasizing design and innovation.
High degree of financial literacy, comfortable with basic concepts related to building and managing a personal portfolio of investments in public and private market securities Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
