EVENT AND PARTICIPANT MANAGEMENT INTERN FOR EMEA ADVISORY LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (%)

Event & Programme Management (EPM) tasks.
Act as an active member of the EMEA Advisory L&D team as well as EPM team (attend regular team calls and be part of team discussions and preparations) Work closely with Content Managers (CMs) & our Training Administration Service Centre (TASC) to deliver virtual sessions as well as our physical training events (AUX, AUX+...).
Actively contribute to the improvement of our team processes using technology (including AI) and automation Actively contribute to answer queries and filter emails on the team mailbox.
Be responsible to keep our GSite/Sharepoint Site up to date with latest/relevant information.
Virtual Sessions.
Administration of virtual sessions including all related preparation steps before, during and after the sessions Attendance of session rehearsals and preparation calls as needed Production of virtual sessions together with CMs (if required) Participant management tasks such as.
Follow up on nomination status Follow up on consolidation tasks (with Content Manager) Coordinate change requests  Create Joining Instructions as appropriate Create and send pre and post-work emails to delegates (through TASC) Physical events.
Work closely with Technical Manager and Course Managers to collect all course requirements (using automated spreadsheets) Be responsible for course requirements such as stationery, printings etc… Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
must have the ability to interface at all levels of the organization with superb customer service and timely follow up Possess strong problem solving skills.
must be able to evaluate, solve problems where possible and make recommendations to the necessary parties (including the L&D team as to how we can improve going forward), as well as the ability to communicate effectively with senior practitioners Attention to details, diligent and independent way of working, proactive and assertive Ownership of tasks.
must be comfortable with minimal supervision, have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work in a virtual team probably having little or no face-to-face contact with most team members between events and still ability to take ownership for the tasks.
Multitasking.
candidate should be comfortable with multi-tasking at a fast pace and working with an international team (entails thinking on the fly and making last minute decisions with confidence and sound rationale) Digital upskilling/data analytics.
comfortable in using advanced tools such as D&A, formulas in spreadsheet, Google AppScript, Power BI etc… allowing automation of data or at least strong interest to acquire knowledge of new tools & technologies to perform these data automation  Flexibility to travel to training sites (including over weekends punctually) if required Work overtime when needed Solid judgment and decision making logic Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite  Fluent in English language Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required.
