Assistente para Linha de Apoio ao Cliente, no Ramo Segurador.
Funções.
- Atendimento telefónico a clientes, prestadores e mediadores; - Apoio no acesso e navegação às várias áreas digitais; - Apoio sobre processos de sinistros; - Apoio sobre estado de apólice, recibos, coberturas; - Cross-selling; - Tratamento de e-mails e SMS; - Realização de outras tarefas de suporte à atividade.
Requisitos.
- Habilitações mínimas 12º ano de escolaridade; - Background em Contact Center; - Domínio informático; - Excelente capacidade de comunicação; - Capacidade de resistência ao stress e multitasking; - Adaptabilidade; - Formação (online) remunerada; Oferta.

ao salário base acresce subsídio de alimentação de 6,02/dia e prémios de produtividade; Horário.
- Full-time - Formação inicial das 09h00 às 18h00; - Disponibilidade entre as 08h00 e as 20h00 (8h por dia | 40h por semana) - Disponibilidade para 1 sábado por mês; Localização.
