A Intelcia está atualmente com recrutamento de emprego em Fafe! Como membro da nossa equipa de Apoio ao Cliente em Call Center, será a voz da nossa empresa, fornecendo assistência excecional aos nossos clientes valiosos.
Desde a resolução de dúvidas até a prestação de suporte, terá um papel crucial na garantia da satisfação do cliente.
Perfil.
-Experiência em Contact Center obrigatória -Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (domínio do Excel); -Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita; -Orientação para o cliente e foco em oferecer um serviço excepcional; -Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma eficaz e eficiente; -Autonomia, dinamismo e dedicação; -Gosto por trabalhar em equipa Oferta.
