Os seus produtos estão em todo o lado, actuando junto de um portfolio variado de áreas.

Com o objectivo de reforçar a sua equipa de customer care, procuramos candidatos (f/m/d), fluentes em Espanhol e Português, para prestar apoio a clientes, localizados em Portugal e Espanha.
Tipo.
Permanente, Tempo Integral; Localização.
Maia; Horário de Trabalho.
Turnos rotativos entre as 8.
e as (períodos de 3 meses); Folgas.
Rotativas semanais Responsabilidades.
Fornecer suporte ao cliente em Português e Espanhol por telefone e email; Realizar tarefas de back-office conforme necessário, demonstrando flexibilidade e versatilidade.

Requisitos.
Fluência em Português e Espanhol (proficiência bilíngue); Experiência em operações de customer care; Capacidade e disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos e fins de semana; Flexibilidade para se adaptar a tarefas e responsabilidades variáveis.
