Encontramo-nos com recrutamento de Apoio ao Cliente 2ª a 6ª em Oeiras (Lisboa)
Função:
- Receção de chamadas no Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente (atendimento via telefone);
- Informação, esclarecimentos e resolução dos pedidos apresentados pelos utilizadores da rodovia.
Perfil:
- Capacidade de comunicação e empatia;
- Destreza informática (ótica do utilizador);
- Sentido de responsabilidade e resistência ao stress.
- Proatividade, dinamismo e assertividade;
- Idiomas Português/Inglês ou Português/Espanhol;
- Disponibilidade imediata.
Oferta:
- Contrato de Trabalho;

Horários: Full-Time 11H30-20H30 com folga ao sábado e ao domingo
