Main Projects/Customers: assembly of a can filling line for baby food from the scratch (up to a max. speed line of 200 cans-per-minute) / Kraft Heinz

> Process line approval, fine tuning and ramp-up;

Main Projects/Customers: development of an HCR (High Current Relay) for battery start-stop application with plasma treatment as pre-glueing process / FCA;

- Development of an HCR (up to 150A) for cooling fan switch with an IPX9K housing system with seal rings mounted on load terminals / BMW.

>Product development (Concept, Design, Validation, Industrialization up toProduction);
> Product life-cycle (risk assessment/FMEA, VAVE – Value Analysis/Value
Engineering, Quality complaints, Product specification, problem-solving, etc.);
> Cross-functional team (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality and Production) management
for new projects.

Main Projects/Customers: mobile substation and power transformers up to 250 MVA and 245 kV BIL 1050 kV / EDP, REN, Exxon Mobil, Technip, etc.

> Mechanical design of active part of power transformers (BOM, dimensioning, 2D/3D CAD modeling and parameterization of windings, winding assembly and electric connections/busbar up to bushings);

> Participation at shop floor level conducting Kaizen events and other Lean management tools (e.g. 5S+1, 7 wastes, 6 Sigma, etc.) for quality process fabrication and control (Quality Gates).

Main Projects/Customers: wind farm in Eastern Cape with 135 MW of power capacity (project lost in final stages of tendering process)/ Cookhouse

> Commercial turn-key proposals for EPC contracts of wind energy projects;
> Wind site assessment (WTG - Wind Turbine Generator layout and power flow losses analysis);
> SLD – Single Line Diagram, dimensioning of MV cables and electric power losses analysis.
