Finance analyst

InnoWave Technologies is an IT Consultancy with offices in Lisbon, Brussels and London. As a Consultant I work on both internal projects and on client management. I source new sales opportunities, conduct research in general client prospection and manage our contractors allocated to the new business.
With a strong background in finance, I am also responsible for maintaining the company’s financial forecast and approving all invoices from the finance department.

A small company in Rio de Janeiro engaged with construction and prospection of real estate. My role was to organize and to keep record of the financial transactions of the company, closely monitoring the cash flow and preparing monthly reports and annual financial statements (profit & loss). Along with that, I also carried on the company’s accountability, including tax collection matters.

I was responsible for the institutional relations with all the areas of the company in Brazil. I supervised financial transactions and ran the compliance tests for each specific area, along with gatekeeping of communications between Research and the Private. Thus, ensuring the smooth running of business as stipulated by brazilian law.

Trading on the Brazilian financial market, my work was in investor relations with a focus on managing potential clients interested in investments on the stock exchange. Also involved financial market operations such as BM&F and bond purchases. Analysis of relevant news specialized on global financial markets.
