3 Direct Reports (Holding Top Managers)

-	Short and long-term strategic planning of business with focus on internal operations; 
-	Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning;
-	Develop, in collaboration with the board of directors, an annual operating plan that supports the Corporation’s long-term operations strategy;
-	Responsible for implementation, improvement and design of the systems of the organization and the implementation of company policies and procedures;
-	Ensure that the group has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency;
-	Assist the board of directors in overseeing the Corporation’s achievement and goals;
-	Assess and manage the principal risks of the Corporations’ business within operations (proposals, projects and staffing);
-	Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporation, employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
