Exciting opportunity for Swedish speakers! We are seeking a Swedish native or C2 level speaker for a Customer Support position with our clients in Malta, Greece, Spain or Portugal.
As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for supporting users and answering their questions via email, maintaining guidelines for the online market, protecting users from fraud, and providing input on improvements to enhance user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent level of Swedish
- Basic computer skills
- Good team and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Interest in the E-commerce and Digital world
