Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Remote French Customer Support Agent to join their team in Portugal. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be supporting an international company that specializes in the accommodation industry. Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service as the first point of contact.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions promptly through email and inbound calls, including urgent situations.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Multitask and manage numerous tasks throughout the day effectively.
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
- Work proactively and independently to meet targets and goals.

- Proficient in French (C2) to effectively communicate with French-speaking customers.
- Advanced level of English (C1) to ensure smooth communication within the team.

- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Package for efficient workflow management.
