PRODUCT PROTOTYPING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

As the responsible person for front-end / customer support activities, you will also serve as a central point in receiving requests from the Sales & Marketing team and delivering information and materials to answer those requests.
You will be a Working Manager, working hands-on in Product Design, Prototyping and Product Development, while also managing a team and all front-end / customer support activities, to solve unmet customer needs.
You will be leading tasks and activities that will include.
Supporting the Sales and Business Development team in understanding customer needs and answering customer requests, including aspects on product design/layout, integration, pricing, and timelines.
Managing and coordinating activities to design, develop and assemble new concepts, prototypes and products, to solve unmet customer needs.
Defining and coordinating the effort to execute projects and develop product prototypes.
Working on project execution and assisting the back-end activities to deliver projects/prototypes.
Planning and contributing to marketing and business development activities, such as tradeshows, webinars, social media content and other marketing materials.
Understanding Ynvisible’s technology and product functions, and using this knowledge to better integrate Ynvisible’s displays into final prototypes and products.
Skills and Experience Relevant to the Role Education.
Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or a related Engineering subject Strong hands-on experience in taking a product from idea to prototyping, including designing and manually assembling multi-part proof of concepts and prototypes Strong aptitude for product and technology, including understanding multi-part products and using different machines to produce parts and casings Deep knowledge of the Adobe Design package, especially Illustrator Deep knowledge of CAD, prototyping, and product development, from concept to market.
Relevant work experience in a management and customer support setting, with strong customer facing skills (customer 1st mentality) Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with excellent use of logic Good and effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and connect with people cross-functionally Ability to build relationships across many fronts Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously Fluent in English – able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Experience working remotely and managing teams remotely Flexible, proactive, dynamic and interested in working in a multicultural, changing context What we offer Opportunity to be part of a growing company and international team, to learn, develop, and move up and across our global organization.
