Estamos a recrutarAssistente de Apoio ao cliente para empresa no setor da energia.
Responsabilidades.
- Aconselhar clientes ou potenciais clientes respondendo às suas questõesacerca de eletricidade e gás (providenciando informação acerca da melhorsolução para as suas necessidades) - Apresentar campanhas atuais e serviços adicionais disponíveis no portfolioda empresa com o objetivo de adquirir e/ou reter clientes através de um serviçoaltamente profissional e uma experiência de excelência no tratamento docliente; Referência da oferta.
-12º ano de escolaridade (preferencial); -Experiência em atendimento ao público; -Experiência comercial; -Disponibilidade para trabalhar no horário das 9h-18h.
