The role of a Payment Specialist is to liaise and provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management on daily operational issues, resolution of customer queries, and escalations in relation to all payment methods offered in the store. This involves daily interaction with our payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds by credit/debit card, wire transfer, loan & lease, and other various payment methods.
Requisitos do trabalho
You speak Italian (native or near-native) and also English (C1)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail• Problem-solving skills – you focus on what can be done, instead of what cannot be• Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind• Learn SAP – we can help with that!• As this job is in direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required• Extraordinary teammate – you thrive in an environment where camaraderie matters
