Location: Lisbon, home office
Our client is one of the most popular premium cosmetics store offering online and stationary services.
They offer the best cosmetic brands in one place! You will find there women’s and men’s perfumes, cosmetics for make-up, face, body and hair care.
Their online services are growing very strongly. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our remote team in Lisbon/Portugal. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
As a Customer Support you will:
- Assist customers through emails and calls regarding different queries
- Answer customer requests and/ or doubts
- Support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds, returns…)
- Manage the clients complaints and escalation when needed
- Additional sales are possible only in the event of customer interest (no aggressive sales)
What do we expect?
- You speak perfect French (C2-native level)
- You speak English -B2 level is a big plus!
- You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
What do we offer?
- Project starts on 10.08
- Fixed term, full time employment contract for 10 months with option to extend it indefinitely (according to the Portuguese law)
- Complete online hiring process regulated
- Work in home office in Lisbon: Monday to Sunday 8.00 to 19.00 (40h per week) with rotating days off
- We offer remote work system in a Lisbon area!
- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) – you have a total of approx. €1150 – €1250 gross x12 months:
- 830€ x 14 months or 968€ x 12 months
- up to 100€ performance bonus
- meal allowance in voucher card: 7,23 NET/day)
- Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Relocation package: flight ticket reimbursement (after 6 months) & possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment

EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
