Danach werden Aufträge erstellt und angefragte Fahrzeuge reserviert.
DEINE ROLLE BEI SIXT Du schaffst für jeden Kunden ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und gehst individuell auf deren Wünsche und Fragen ein Du sorgst für eine reibungslose sowie schnelle Kommunikation und Abwicklung unserer Kundenanliegen - am Telefon sowie per Email Du bringst Deine Erfahrungen als Call Center Agent, Kundenbetreuer oder Support-Mitarbeiter ein; gerne auch aus dem internationalen Umfeld Du bist bereit, im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten (auch sonn- und feiertags sowie nachts) DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN ZÄHLEN Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und weißt auch mit anspruchsvollen Kunden umzugehen Du bist aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ, schreibst und telefonierst gerne Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig Du hast eine service- und lösungsorientierte Mentalität Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (v.
