We work collaboratively and using the right tools to create coherent and consistent end products.   UX/UI Designer (M/F)Lisbon   The Role:  We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and experienced UX/UI Designer that can shape projects and product strategy, working closely with the development team under the direction of the project manager or team leader. What You'll do:    » Work on a team focused on innovation and excellence in design    » Own and deliver intuitive, efficient and delightful design across all the platforms    » Follow ideas through from conception to execution    » Work collaboratively within an Agile process with other UX/UI Designers, product owners, project managers, and developers Skills and Experience:   » Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in the usability and webdesign areas    » Strong UI/UX skills    » Strong mobile app and responsive web design experience    » High level of expertise in Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite    » Illustration and iconography    » Experience with prototyping tools    » Experience working directly with developers on design implementation    » Driven, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment    » The ability to take charge of your time and meet deadlines    » The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision - not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build and why'   Please, contact us through e-mail and send us your Curriculum Vitae and portfolio (mandatory), telling us why you could be a good fit for our Team.
