Daily Management of the Customer Service Team; - Ensure that the operational KPI ’ s and methodologies of the company are achieved; - Analyze and develop action plans: - Motivation of the team in order to achieve the goals set; - Ensure the achievement of objectives; - Monitor, evaluate and ensure control of the team; - Analyze KPIs and Reporting.   Requirements: - Native/fluent level of Spanish (mandatory); - Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Contact Center or Help Desk environment (mandatory); - Higher education is preferred; - Goal orientated; - Good communication skills and customer orientation; - Analytical Ability; - Leadership Capacity.   Offer: - Career opportunity in a multicultural environment; - Integration into solid and growing company.   Applications to:   EQUIPA BPO & CC
