SALES TRAINING COORDINATOR

About the Role

You will work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to streamline and continuously improve sales training programs. You will make an impact on our fast growing sales team and provide our Sales Enablement team with the structure to scale effectively. This role reports directly into our Sales Enablement Manager on our Operations team. 

About You

You are a fast learner who is passionate about enabling sales professionals and creating a cohesive team environment. You have experience seamlessly coordinating events and travel and love keeping things in order. You take full ownership of everything you do. This is a great role for someone who wants to grow into a Sales Trainer, Marketing Enablement, or Sales Operations role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate all logistics for onsite training sessions (monthly Sales On-boarding, quarterly Regional Sales Training, & annual Sales Kick Off)
• Maintain training calendar
• Assist in the development of Sales Training content and materials
• Own training content organization in our Content Management System (CMS)
• Partner closely with our global sales team 
• Assist Sales Enablement Manager with all aspects of sales enablement 

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience creating training materials & curriculum a plus
