IT SUPPORT APPLICATION – CLIENT/MARKETING

We are looking for an IT support application – client/marketing that will collaborate with the various subsidiaries of the group, ensuring the support and maintenance of the Adobe Campaign marketing application. You’ll be part of a team of 5 employees, where you will be accompanied in your integration and your career plan. Interested in the challenge? Be the talent of tomorrow! Main Responsibilities: – Maintenance and support customer oriented application/Marketing/CRM; – Implementation of small projects; – Remote support to multiple subsidiaries, mainly by ticketing/email system; – Incident resolution and problem diagnosis Level 1 E2; – Order Execution (changes/parameterization) of problems Level 1 and 2; – Adobe Campaign applications, formely Neolane; Desired skills and experience: – Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering; – English language domain; – Interest in the areas of Marketing/client/CRM; – Skills in Javascript and SQL, preferably in Oracle; It is valued: – French knowledge; – Experience and/or training in Marketing/client/CRM; – Experience in application support to end users; Training and certification in the indicated technology areas we offer: – Initial and continuous training; – Remuneration compatible with the experience and requirements of the function; – Package of social benefits in force in the company; – Young and proactive team integration; – Experience working in multinational context If you are interested in integrating a solid company, branch of a large multinational group, please send your CV to
