FRENCH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our client is a recognized service provider in the management of health insurance and pension fund contracts. A company with strong and continuous growth with focus on constant progress, dedicated to optimizing management and customer satisfaction.

Looking for long-term committed candidates to develop a career in Administrative and Customer support, with an excellent native level of French and previous admin-relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the proposals for joining insurances;

• Ensure the payment of complementary health benefits;

• Ensure payment of benefits to our networks of healthcare professionals;

• Manage customer service and telephone service with our customers.

• This back-office function is mainly oriented towards administrative activity;

• Telephone service of incoming calls in insurance consulting will be provided punctually, after complete training in health insurance management.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in administrative jobs;
  • Excellent Native level of French;
  • Long-term commitment and settled in Lisbon;
  • Able to work with objectives and productivity;
  • Preferably experience within the insurance industry;
